Maison de Montazeau is a large holiday home with air conditioning and suitable for 15 people and is located in the Dordogne. There is a heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and playground. Maison de Montazeau is 40 meters long and has a living area of almost 350m2! The whole is ideal for 2 to 15 people + some babies.
The interior is a mix of old stones and new sleek materials, lots of white, with occasional accents of antiques. There is a large living room with fireplace, a library and a large dining room with a stove, a fully equipped kitchen. There is a washing machine. If you want, a chef will come to your home! There is also a restaurant within walking distance.
There are 5 spacious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms with bath and separate walk-in showers and 4 toilets. The rooms are light, large and open, with high ceilings, tall windows and doors. In the middle of the house you will find a large open space with a sitting area (40m²), dining room - library (40m²) and the country kitchen (40m²). Next to the central entrance hall and the kitchen there are two large bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom with bath and walk-in shower! On the other side of the house there is another large bedroom of 40m² with fireplace and private bathroom. The room has a double bed and a sofa bed. This bedroom has an XXL shower and bath. There is a separate toilet.
In the living room there is a staircase to the top floor with a large dormitory of +/- 55m². Ideal for children, but can also be used for adults or a family. There is a separate bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. On the first floor there is another bedroom with a double bed (30m²).

Outside
The pool is heated, private and secure with an alarm and gates. It is 10x5m with a depth of 1.5m, completely flat, an ideal depth for swimming and playing with a ball, for example. Access is easy with large steps in the corner. On the wooden terrace the jacuzzi is always at about 36°C. Throughout the property you will find toys for children of all ages. Playground equipment, puzzles, bicycles, swings. Children have their place in the 20,000 m² garden and the freedom to run around and play!
In the early and late season the price is based on 4 people. Maximum number of persons is 15. Each additional person will be charged 20 euros per night.
At the landlord's request, the exact location of the villa will be released after booking the accommodation.
