The holiday home Au coeur de Cenac is spacious and bright, the house offers everything on 1 level. There is a beautiful living room of more than 30m², with French doors opening onto the veranda and the garden thanks to the two large bay windows. There is a comfortable sitting area with two sofas, coffee table and TV, and a dining area with table and 6 chairs. The inset fireplace is perfect for the cooler evenings of the low and mid season. The veranda is ideal in summer as a second relaxation area. The beautiful kitchen has a dining area for breakfast. Hi is perfectly equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and much more. You can prepare delicious local products brought from nearby markets.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, two bedside tables and a wardrobe.

The holiday home Au coeur de Cenac has a garden. The garden is over 1000m² and ideal for your children and pet because it is completely fenced. The beautiful terrace is equipped with a garden table and a large parasol for outdoor dining. A charcoal barbecue is provided. The beautiful 5m x 10m private swimming pool is secured by a submerged alarm and is equipped with sun loungers and parasols for long lazy afternoons after returning from so many excursions nearby. There is a parking space at the front of the house.
Changeover day is flexible, 4 days in Mid season / 7 days in July / 10 days in August
Located in the heart of the touristic Dordogne (Périgord Noir) - the listed villages of Beynac, Roque Gageac, Domme, Belves, the medieval town of Sarlat, the caves of Lascaux, Proumessac, Font de Gaume, the castles of Castlenaud, the Milandes etc etc ... are all accessible within a radius of 25 km. The Olivarie golf course (18 holes) is 5 km from the house. The Dordogne, where you can swim without risk, is 5 km from the house.
