505. Chateau de Dordogne

There are 4 bedrooms in Le Manoir
Located on the other side of the ground floor, next to the living room, you will find:
Bedroom 1, which is comfortably furnished with a double bed of 180 cm wide, flat screen TV and a real dressing room. This room has a private bathroom with bath, sink and toilet.
Bedroom 2 is also on the ground floor and also offers a high quality 180cm wide bed, flat screen TV, armchairs, coffee table and a dressing area. This room also has a private bathroom, which has a double sink, a bath, a shower and a separate toilet.
From the entrance, the beautiful marble staircase leads you to the first floor, where you will find:
A billiard room overlooking the living room.
Bedroom 3 is a double bedroom with a 160cm bed and coffee table, dressing room. Subsequently, in an alcove, there is a small "baby room" with a real wooden cot and a chest of drawers with a changing mat.
Bedroom 4 is also a double bedroom with a 180cm wide bed, fitted wardrobes and flat screen TV. The sofa bed is suitable for 1 to 2 children.
Bedroom 3 and 4 share a bathroom with corner bath and double sinks. A separate toilet completes this floor.
 

La Maison D'Amis 8P

La Maison D'Amis is located in the east wing of the Manior and can be accessed via the basement or directly from the outside. It can accommodate another 8 people.
On the ground floor you will find a living/dining room with table and chairs, sofa and flat-screen TV. A kitchen, although small, is still perfectly equipped with oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker.
You will find it on the first floor
Bedroom 5. This is a master suite with a king size bed of 180 cm and an antique wardrobe. It has a cute romantic balcony and an ensuite bathroom with bath and double sink. A separate toilet is attached to the bathroom.
Bedroom 6 has a double bed of 140 cm and ample storage space in the hallway. Bedroom 7 has two single beds
Bedroom 8 also has two single beds
Bedrooms 6,7,8 share a bathroom with shower, bathroom furniture and a toilet.

Le Sous Sol (The cellar):

Below Château de Dordogne there is a large cellar that offers several separate areas:
There is a playroom - a true paradise for children! -, with TV, board games, table football, PlayStation PS4 and games, darts.
A “gym" with table tennis and exercise bike
A laundry room with washing machine and dryer of 16 kg, ironing board and iron
Two additional refrigerators
A separate toilet completes this level

The central heating makes Château de Dordogne particularly comfortable in winter

Château de Dordogne has a beautiful terrace on top of the cliff and offers a fairytale view where you can dream away for many long hours! From misty early mornings when the clouds dominate, to the scorching sunsets of the hot summer sun, you won't tire of the constantly renewed spectacle of this fantastic panorama. The terrace is equipped with table and chairs, gas plancha, charcoal barbecue. The beautiful private swimming pool of 15 x 5 meters is fenced and heated from the beginning of May to the end of September. It also benefits from a sun shade, sun loungers and parasols. The landscaped park of over 4 hectares offers romantic shaded areas and large play areas for children. There is private parking for 8 vehicles and a semi-covered area for bicycles and motorcycles

Although access to the cliffs surrounding the terrace and immediate area of Château de Dordogne is completely safe, the adjacent fields and woodlands that also overlook the cliffs have no barrier. As such, the Château de Dordogne is not recommended for young children who may be a little too "adventurous"!

 

Changeover day is flexible, 4 days in Mid season / 7 days in July / 10 days in August
