With a total area of more than 250m², Chateau Sarlat offers on the ground floor a beautiful entrance hall with marble floor and beautiful wooden stairs to the sleeping area on the first and second floor. The elegant living room with herringbone parquet floor and 3 leather sofas, coffee table, large TV and games for children.
A beautifully adjoining dining room, with a solid wood table, sideboard and buffet. The living room and dining room open onto the terrace at the rear of the house. This is located on the north, so you can enjoy a cool lunch during the hottest summer months. The well-equipped kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, 2 ovens, microwave, plenty of cooking utensils and crockery and much more. A toilet with fountain and a large storage space complete the ground floor.
From the entrance hall the beautiful spiral staircase leads to the first floor which divides the first three bedrooms.
The Blue Room offers a 160 cm wide double bed, a large cherry wood wardrobe/wardrobe and a chest of drawers and an armchair. This bedroom has a small ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, corner washbasin and toilet.
Bedroom 2 is the Pink Room. This room also has a double bed 160 cm wide, a nice storage cupboard, a chest of drawers and a small sofa.

For the comfort of our guests or for more sleeping flexibility, two quality beds can be placed on request in the double rooms for young children who would like to sleep with their parents.
Accessible via the stone stairs from the entrance hall, on the ground floor you have a very complete laundry room with two 15kg washing machines, dryer, drying rack and ironing set and a small room with weight bench.

As an extension of the pool, the beautiful pool house offers a summer kitchen, a large dining table, a shower and toilets.
