Covered terrace, sun terrace. 10 bicycles (men's, women's and children's bicycles), ample parking, volleyball field, football goal, large sandpit, children's toys, 2 barbecues, petanque (jeux de boules). Don't feel like walking or cycling around the nearby lake, - France's largest? Then you just jump into your own pool. Or you can let yourself tan in a sun lounger while the children let off steam in the large garden.

For each additional person we charge:
In low season 150 euros per week
In high season 250 euros per week
The rental price depends on the number of people.
The owner looks at the group composition.
Example: a holiday with 8 adults and 8 children between 0 and 8 years is different from a group with 8 adults and 8 children between 12 and 18 years.

Arrival and departure (summer months): arrival Sunday from 2 pm, departure Sunday before 9 am.
Deposit: €500/week per home.
Advance payment: 50% of the rental price upon reservation
Payment term: the full rental price must be paid 30 days before departure

The Domain is located 3 km from Carcans in middle of the woods .. Carcans is not much bigger than a village square with a church and a few shops. Distance to the lake Lac d'Hourtin - Carcans is only 1km and 5 km to sea with the beach.
Médoc
Medoc is located in the province of Aquitaine. This part of France consists of a combination of landscapes which is rare find: ocean, lakes, rural areas, hills, mountains and valleys with many vineyards, where many famous wines are being produced. The Medoc is situated between the Atlantic Ocean and the Gironde region and enjoys a microclimate with very pleasant temperatures. The Aquitaine has kilometers long, fine and wide sandy beaches. It is also an eldorado for surfers. Nature is immense between the Atlantic ocean with its vast beaches and the famous Lake of Hourtin (19 km long and 3 to 4 km wide) in the north lined by a swamp and on the west by a dune belt with heights up to 60 meters. All this is interspersed with attractive villages and famous names such as Pauillac, with its Chateaux Lafitte, Latour and Mouton Rothschild.
Activities
Directly from house there are beautiful and varied walking and cycling trips. The golf courses of Margaux, Lacanau and Pian-Medoc are nearby. All in about 15 minutes. For lovers of the sea, the beach and surfing: the coast can be reached within 5 minutes. Sailing, windsurfing and canoeing are popular sports on the lakes. Fishing is possible in the Gironde.
