Domaine Chez les Rois is located in a former farmhouse dating from 1842. A beautiful holiday home for 22 people located in the Charente. The beautiful rolling landscape is rightly called the 'Tuscany of France'. The evenings and nights are a bit cooler due to a fresh breeze from the Atlantic Ocean just 65 km away.

Description
The domain is located in the middle of grape and sunflower fields. Bordeaux, with the nearest international airport, is 80 kilometers away and Angoulême, with a TGV station, is 40 km away.
Domaine Chez les Rois, consists of 2 beautiful gites
La Maison de la Ferme and La Grange.
The gites have 11 double bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. There is a large, well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, several living rooms with TV, game/DVD room, a covered veranda, swimming pool with sunbeds and parasols, barbecue, sunset terrace, a large playing field and ample parking spaces for all guests.

You have access to a beautiful courtyard with a private swimming pool 8x4m. During hot days you can also find the shade under the veranda or enjoy your lunch, dinner and an aperitif. There are 2 barbecues, a playground and table tennis for extra entertainment.
The friendly Dutch owners live in the main house and are discreet, but if you have any questions they will help you. Pets are not allowed in the accommodations. The domain is also not available for groups of partying young people.
Deposit: When renting the gites, a deposit of 1,500 euros is required. This amount must be paid before or upon arrival. This amount will be returned at the end of your stay, provided no damage or loss has been found. These costs will be deducted from the deposit. If the damage exceeds the deposit, the remaining amount will be charged by means of an invoice.
Cancellations: When booking, you must pay the full rental amount to Domaine Chez les Rois within 1 week to finalize your booking. You can then no longer cancel the booking. We always advise you to take out cancellation insurance yourself.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking policy
All buildings at Domaine Chez les Rois, including rooms and gites, as well as the area around the swimming pool and garden are non-smoking.
Heating costs
When renting in autumn and winter, an additional amount will be charged for heating costs.
