You will find Domaine de Carlucet in a beautiful spot in the Dordogne. The domaine consists of 2 very luxurious holiday homes that can accommodate a total of 12 people. The 6 bedroom are all air-conditioned, all with en-suite bathrooms and a private heated pool and large private garden.
Description Beaux Reves
The spacious country house has a total living area of 190 m².
There is a luxurious fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven and gas hob, where you can enjoy cooking with products from the region.
There are a total of 3 bedrooms
2 bedrooms have king size beds, and one bedroom also has a large double bed and a single bed. All 3 bedrooms are furnished with extra comfortable mattresses and pillows and have high quality bed linen and towels to ensure a good night's sleep. They all have air conditioning. All bathrooms are well equipped with showers, toilets, toiletries, sink and one bathroom has both a bath and shower. There is a lovely large 70m² living/dining room with seating for up to 8 people, UK and French satellite TV and wood burning stove. The dining area is open plan, light and spacious with a large beautiful oak table with comfortable seating for 8 people. From the dining room you have direct access to a large private south-facing terrace (45 m²) with barbecue and the swimming pool.
The separate laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, sink, baby equipment such as a high chair, pushchair, stair gates and much more.
There is a separate cloakroom and toilet. We can also provide cots and bedding for babies at no extra cost.
Outside of Beaux Reves
The private heated pool is gated for the added safety of small children. Surrounded by sun loungers, it overlooks extensive private gardens and the beautiful surrounding countryside, ensuring complete privacy. The swimming pool is open from mid-April to mid-September and heated from May to September, weather permitting. There is private parking for up to 3 cars.

The fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven and hob is the perfect place to enjoy cooking with the local produce of the Perigord. The kitchen/living/dining room are spacious and with lots of light. There is comfortable seating for up to 5 people in both the living and dining room, UK and French satellite TV and pellet stove.
There are 3 bedrooms
The 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor have king size beds and the 1 bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed. All 3 bedrooms are furnished with extra comfortable mattresses and pillows and have high quality bed linen and towels to ensure a good night's sleep. They all have air conditioning and a private bathroom. All bathrooms in this beautiful country house are well equipped with showers, toilets, toiletries, sink, and one bathroom has both a bath and shower. The bathroom for the bedroom on the ground floor also has a washing machine and dryer.
Outside Le Cottage
The kitchen and dining room opens directly onto a large south west facing private terrace (100 m2) with gas BBQ, comfortable outdoor seating, dining table and chairs. The terrace is completely private and has a view of the old church and the hamlet of Carlucet. The views are breathtaking with the most amazing sunsets over the valley. The tenants of Le Cottage may use the large heated swimming pool of the adjacent manor. The swimming pool can be shared with the owners of the manor from 10am to 6pm. It is open from mid-April to mid-September and heated from May to September, weather permitting.
There is private parking for up to 2 cars.
If you rent the domaine as a group, it is of course also possible to use the swimming pool Beaux Reves for the tenants of Le Cottage

The properties are located next to the 5-star luxury 18th century French mansion, Les Charmes de Carlucet. Each house is completely private and separated from each other with their own private gardens.
The friendly owners live in the manor and are happy to welcome their guests to their domaine. They are happy to provide you with recommendations or make reservations for you if you wish. They are very discreet and will not disturb your private time with friends and family.
