Gite 1 is spread over two floors and offers on the ground floor:
A beautiful living room of 45 m² and a monumental fireplace from 1772. In the extension, the dining room of 16 m² offers enough space for 12 guests to have breakfast, lunch or dinner inside. The kitchen of 30 m² is fully equipped with a professional stove. The kitchen has a second dining area and opens onto a courtyard with a first romantic terrace.
There are 2 bedrooms
Bedroom 1 is accessible via a few steps separated from the kitchen and is elegantly furnished with a large double bed of 160×200, a single bed of 90×190 and a dressing area. It has a private bathroom with tiled shower, washbasin and separate toilet.
From the living room, the beautiful wooden staircase leads to the first floor
Bedroom 2 is charmingly decorated with parquet flooring and exposed beams. The room has a large double bed of 160×200, a chest of drawers and a dressing room. There is also a private bathroom with corner bath, double sink and separate toilet.

Gite 2 (3 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms / 7 guests)

Gite 2 has three floors, which are separated from Gite 1 by about twenty meters. On each floor there is a spacious bedroom with private bathroom.
Bedroom 1 is located on the ground floor and has a large double bed of 160×200 with fireplace, a dressing room, a bathroom with bath, double sink and a separate toilet.
Bedroom 2 is located on the first floor with monumental decorative fireplace, with a large double bed of 160×20, a dressing room, a bathroom with shower and bath on legs, a sink and a separate toilet. Bedroom 3 is located on the second floor under the roof and offers a large double bed of 160×200, a single bed of 90×190, a dressing room, a bathroom with bath, a sink and a toilet.

Between gite 2 and the pool area there is a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing equipment and a second fridge.

You will certainly be impressed by the landscaped garden. The garden was designed by the landscape architect of the gardens of Marqueyssac, where the centuries-old box trees and the lush wisteria invite you to daydream. The swimming pool, 11 by 4 meters, is completely fenced and equipped with sun loungers. It also has an electric roller shutter, which offers optimum safety for young holidaymakers. For the comfort of our guests, the swimming pool is heated from the beginning of May to the end of September. Adjacent, the old barn has been converted into a lovely covered terrace, where you can relax on the sofa. Near Gite 1, the old bread oven extension has been converted into an outdoor dining room, with a very large wrought iron table, seating for twelve and a large Weber barbecue. You can eat outside, sheltered from the hot summer days or from the wind on cooler evenings in the mid-season.
