044. Domaine Juillac

Le Berger is an attractive gite for 4 to 6 people with a large swimming pool. The gite is situated on a large landscaped garden full of flowers and trees and has a private terrace.
Le Berger has a large living room, with exposed stonework, with a sitting area around the fireplace, with sofa and armchairs, coffee table, television and DVD player and a dining area with wooden table and chairs. There is a large fully fitted kitchen including a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.

There are 3 bedrooms
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps. The bedroom has a bathroom with a shower and bathroom furniture.

On the other side of the living room go down a few steps and there you will find bedroom 2. This room has 2 single beds, large wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Accessible from the outside, you have access to the third bedroom with a double bed of 140 cm, with wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps and a bathroom with shower cubicle, bathroom furniture and toilet
The swimming pool 10mx5m has a Romanesque staircase and recessed alarm. It is equipped with sun loungers and parasols for nice lazy afternoons on the way back from the many excursions that the immediate area offers. The private terrace has a garden table and chairs, romantically laid out under the pergola and with a built-in charcoal barbecue.

Studio Le Jardin is suitable for 2 people and has a private terrace. The ideal place for a couple.
Studio Le Jardin is located on the first floor of a stone barn at Domaine Juillac.

Wooden steps lead from the courtyard to the glass front door.
The studio has an open plan living area with a large double bed (160cm wide), bedside tables and lamps, a glass dining table and two comfortable chairs, TV and a well equipped kitchen with fridge, hob, mini oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster . In the intermediate space you will find the shower room with built-in sink and toilet. The studio has oil central heating making it comfortable in low and mid season. There is also internet wifi connection.
The studio has a private terrace with table and chairs and parasol, and a stone barbecue. Studio Le Jardin shares a large swimming pool of 10 x 5 meters with the neighboring cottages, Le Berger for 6 people and Le Vigner for 3 people. The pool has sun loungers and parasols. Plenty of parking.

Le Vigner is a beautiful gite for 3 people and is located on a small domaine.
Le Vigner has a wooden entrance door that leads to the cozy living room which is equipped with a sitting area around the stone fireplace with armchairs, TV in lamps. There is a dining area with a glass-topped dining table and four chairs. Patio doors lead to the private terrace. There is a fully equipped kitchen which is largely open to the living room and offers: an electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

A wooden staircase leads to the first floor where you are located under the eaves. There are 2 bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 has a double room with a king size bed (180 cm), bedside tables and lamps. There is a shower room with shower, sink and toilet. A few steep stairs lead to bedroom 2. This is a single room, located in the tower of the gite. There is a single bed, bedside table and lamp. Please note that access to this bedroom is not suitable for young children or the elderly.

Outside you will find a private terrace equipped with table, chairs and stone barbecue. There is a large swimming pool with two other gites (Le Berger for 6 people and Le Jardin for 2 people), and is equipped with parasols and sun loungers. From large garden has lawns to established shrubs. There is ample parking.

Changeover day is flexible, 4 days in Mid season / 7 days in July / 10 days in August
