Domaine Lalinde is located in a beautiful location on the outskirts of Lalinde. From Domaine Lalinde you have a fantastic view over the river and makes this place a unique oasis of tranquility. Domaine Lalinde is centrally located and the ideal base for exploring the region, where you can relax and completely unwind in the large park garden or by the swimming pool overlooking the river surrounded by palm and olive trees.
Located on the river side, Maison Rosa is a beautiful French-style holiday home and consists of a spacious living room, kitchen and 1 large bedroom with a king-size double bed. You will find this luxurious (80 m2) gite with private access on the ground floor of our maison de maître. It is elegantly furnished with white tiled floors, original fireplace, free internet (Wifi), satellite T.V, a sofa, comfortable armchairs and a dining area. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, oven, microwave and refrigerator. Toaster, cutlery, crockery, coffee maker, kettle and plenty of other kitchen utensils are of course available. You can enjoy cooking here.

If it is a bit chilly, you can turn on the fireplace, which provides a lovely pleasant warmth. A luxurious bathroom with shower, washbasin and separate toilet complete the picture. You have direct access to a generous private sun terrace (70m2) offering a lot of privacy with a wide view over the Dordogne river. You can stroll along the shore with weeping willows, swans and geese. Baby cots and high chairs are available on request.
Domaine Lalinde is also ideal for (grand) parents with older (grand) children. Children can swim in the beautiful swimming pool, fish the river, or enjoy canoeing with the holiday friends, play petanque, play badminton, play football on the meadow or simply laze around.

The indicated rates are per night per holiday home.
* Holiday home Vue sur la rivière can, on request, be booked together with Holiday home La Rivière des cygnes as one family accommodation.
* Our holiday homes can be booked every day outside the main season with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
* In the high season (Saturday 8 July to Saturday 26 August) all holiday homes have Saturday as a mandatory changeover day.
* Please bring your own towels. A towel package is available on request for € 10 p.p. Please specify when booking.
* Compulsory final cleaning at the end of your stay € 65 per holiday home. For our largest holiday homes: the mandatory final cleaning at the end of your stay is €80.
* A security deposit/damage deposit of €200 is required and must be paid in cash on arrival. The deposit will be returned on departure if the holiday home is left in good condition.
* Prices include the use of WiFi and the normal consumption of water and electricity.
* Bed linen is included in the price.
* Tourist tax of 1 euro will be charged per person per night.
* Camping is not allowed on the property.

From Domaine Lalinde it is less than 10 minutes' walk to the central square of the typical bastide town of Lalinde. From Lalinde you can take different walks through the area every day. Walking maps are available at the local tourist office. In the summer months there is plenty to do here such as: medieval festivals, markets, theater and music shows. Within a circle of 20 minutes by car, you will find restaurants in all price ranges, from a fine 3-course menu for 20 euros to high-level gastronomy with a Michelin star. Taste regional products. At different places in the Dordogne it is possible to visit a Ferme Auberge (farm) and take guided tours.
