Description
Domaine Le Relais is an old mansion and has a total living area of 300m². Great choice for a relaxing holiday for families with children or a group of friends. Domaine Le Relais can accommodate up to 20 people.
On the ground floor is the kitchen, dining room, large living room and laundry room. The kitchen is equipped with all modern amenities such as an oven, microwave, large fridge, freezer, coffee maker, etc. The kitchen also offers access to the pool and garden with a large terrace with dining table and chairs. The stately living room has a fireplace, sitting area with a sofa and 2 chairs, a dining table with chairs and a spiral staircase to the semi-open loft with TV and children's corner. The dining room with dining table and chairs can be entered through the living room and kitchen.
There are a total of 6 bedrooms.
4 bedrooms are located on the ground floor and these rooms have double beds. 1 bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and sink. In addition, there are 2 bathrooms with toilet, shower and sink and 1 separate toilet.

The house is surrounded by beautiful gardens, which cover 5,000 m². The gardens consist of lawns, woodland and flowers. The driveway for Domaine Le Relais is flanked by plane trees. In front of Domaine Le Relais you will find a covered dining area with stone oven. Behind the house is a large terrace with dining table and chairs, which is accessed from the kitchen and dining area. Here you will also find the swimming pool (14 m long and 6 m wide) surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers. There is ample parking in front of and next to the house. The pool is ideal for swimming laps or for children to play in. For our little guests there is a children's playhouse with slide and swing, sandpit and seesaw.

Domaine Le Relais is located on the outskirts of Bergerac, near the small village of Gineset. In Ginestet you will find the nearest bakery (closed on Mondays) with delicious homemade bread and pastries. Bergerac is situated on either side of the Dordogne River, linked by beautiful historic bridges. Right in the historic center you will find plenty of shops selling local delicacies such as foie gras, cheese and wine, as well as clothing and souvenirs, as well as restaurants and bars. From the harbor you can take a boat trip on the Dordogne river.
