Le Noyer can accommodate 6 people and has a spacious living room, with its parquet floor, beamed ceiling. It offers a relaxation area with rattan sofa and armchairs, wood burner and a dining area with a large farmhouse table, 8 chairs, a china cabinet, so you can also have lunch indoors.
The double patio doors give access to the large balcony, which is equipped with a table and chairs and has lovely views of the surrounding countryside. The kitchen is small but perfectly equipped with a stove, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
A few steps lead to the first floor, where the landing, with an office space. You will also find bedroom 1. This room has a double bed 140cm, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe and a beautiful and large bathroom with shower cabin, bathroom furniture and toilet.
A few more steps lead to the under-roof children's room with three single beds and an additional pull-out bed and a chest of drawers and a bedside table.
Le Swiss (2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms / 4 people:

Located 20 meters from Le Noyer, Le Swiss offers a kitchenette and two additional bedrooms for 4 people. The glass front door opens onto the kitchenette, equipped with a microwave, small refrigerator and table and chairs, ideal for breakfast. The beautiful bathroom has a bath with shower head, sink and toilet. A laundry room completes this floor.
The wooden staircase leads to the first floor where you will find bedroom 1 which is a double room with a 140cm double bed, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bedroom 2 also has a double bed and is spacious and bright, with an en suite shower room, basin and toilet.
Outside

Although the gites are comfortably furnished, you will spend even more time outside on the Brandes estate, where peace, nature and authenticity reign supreme. The beautiful panoramic view of the landscape that is offered to you from the garden, the terraces and the pool is just… magical! Each gite has its own terrace, facing south or north, so you can enjoy the sun or relax in the shade during the hottest summers.
As "icing on the cake" you have the large private swimming pool of 10m x 5m, . The pool is equipped with sun loungers and parasols for long lazy afternoons. It is secured by a submerged alarm and from the terrace you can enjoy the last rays of the sun and the sunset. In the garden the children can play ball games in the garden on the lawn, unless they prefer to venture into the undergrowth to build huts! There is a parking space for several vehicles.
Located in the countryside and completely quiet, at the end of a long limestone road, the house is 3 km from the picturesque village of Saint Pompon, where you will find a bakery, a butcher, a supermarket, a pharmacy, a very nice small market on Friday morning. The restaurant "Envie Des Mets" is very famous in the region!
The main tourist attractions of the Dordogne are easily accessible from the house. The medieval town of Sarlat, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is 30 km away.
