Domaine Saint Vincent de Cosse has recently undergone a high-quality restoration, harmoniously combining the charm of the old stones and the modernity of a loft layout.
Gite 1 (4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms)
Gite 2 (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) which are largely connected from the inside and thus provide space for a fantastic holiday with friends or family for 16 to 18 holidaymakers.
Unique for these large groups makes that you can enjoy a large enclosed garden, the furnished terraces, the essential heated swimming pool and the panoramic view that is offered to you.
Gite 1 (4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms - maximum 10 people)

Gite 1 is spread over two floors and offers on the ground floor:
A hallway with cloakroom and a large living room with lots of light and a large fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, filter coffee machines and Nespresso, kettle, dishwasher) with dining area. The sliding windows give access to the covered terrace overlooking the pool, which offers an "indoor-outdoor" communication, ideal in summer.
The living room has a lounge with a comfortable corner sofa, coffee table, Smart TV with flat screen. There is also a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. And a separate toilet with sink.
The quiet sleeping area is located on the first floor:
Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom offers a large double bed and a wardrobe/cupboard. This room has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin.
Bedroom 2 offers a large double bed and a wardrobe/cupboard and also benefits from its own private shower
Bedrooms 3 and 4 are also double bedrooms with two single beds each measuring 80*190 cm - which can be joined to make a large double bed measuring 160 cm wide - and a single bed on the mezzanine, accessed via a miller's ladder (child from 10 years).
Separated by a large sliding door, these two rooms can communicate with each other.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a shower room with walk-in shower and double sink. A separate toilet completes this floor.
Gite 2 (3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms - maximum 8)

Gite 2 is built in the former stone part of the property and offers on the ground floor: A second large living room, with a comfortable sitting area, a dining area for 8 people and again a fully equipped kitchen. The glass door gives access to the second terrace. This gite also has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. And a separate toilet.
The sleeping area is located on the first floor, consists of three separate rooms:
Bedroom 5 is a suite, furnished with a large double bed of 160cmx200cm and a wardrobe. It has its own bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin. There is a separate toilet available.
Bedroom 6 is a double room with a large double bed and storage space.
Bedroom 7 is the last room and can be used as a dormitory. This room is equipped with two single beds and a bunk bed. Ideal for children who like to sleep with their parents, or a place where children sleep together. This room can accommodate 2 to 4 guests.
Bedrooms 6 and 7 share a bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin with two sinks.
High chairs, cots, baby seats and three small bicycles are available for our youngest holidaymakers.

Domaine Saint Vincent de Cosse has a large enclosed garden of 2500m² and offers many lawns, ideal for ball games, a trampoline and a jeu de boules court. The beautiful heated swimming pool of 4x8m is equipped with many sunbeds and parasols. The electric roller shutter offers optimum safety for children. For the comfort of our guests, the swimming pool is heated from May to the end of September. The large covered terrace overlooking the pool offers 12 guests the opportunity to have lunch outside in the warm summer sun. A large plancha is at your disposal. The parking offers the possibility to park 4 vehicles on the property. Two electric charging stations are available to our guests (available at an additional cost).
1 dog per stay allowed (regardless of size), only after prior and explicit agreement with the landlord.
We charge 50€ per stay.
Changeover day is flexible all year round
