There is a large swimming pool. Open all year. Ideal for an individual holiday or a group holiday with family or friends.

Living area 68 sqm, located in the barn.
Ground floor: Living / dining room with a very comfortable sofa bed for 2 persons, TV, HIFI. A fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, oven and fridge). A cellar with a washing machine, etc..
First floor: One bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. One bedroom with a double bed. Bathroom with bath and shower, washbasin. A separate WC.
Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. There is wifi internet available.
Outside
A pretty fenced shared pool of 7m x 14m. For the children there is table tennis, a trampoline, boules and a swing. On request there are bicycles for hire for a marvelous bike ride along the river.
Shops in the neighborhood: In Groléjac at 2.5 km there is a small supermarket, a bakery, a butcher, a post office, a restaurant and a pizzeria. In Sarlat 12 km: various malls and superstores.
Tourist sites: Sarlat, medieval capital of the Périgord Noir. The bastide Domme. There are numerous castles, caves, gorges, gardens and museums. Too many to mention. The castle of Fénelon is nearby.
Activities
Swimming in the river. There are several pebble beaches. At Groléjac there is a recreational lake with pedalos etc. Fishing and canoeing. Ballooning, hiking and cycling.
