The house has been completely renovated, with an eye for detail and style. It has a cozy living room, a perfectly equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom. Ideal for a couple or a small family.
You will be enchanted by the charming, private courtyard, where you can have lunch outside, relax with a drink on the comfortable garden furniture and enjoy the spa after a day of discovering the beautiful surroundings.
Gîte Baran has a living area of 100 m², spread over two floors. On the ground floor you will find a beautiful living room with dining area (high wooden table with bar stools) and a comfortable sitting area, where the corner sofa and coffee tables are elegantly arranged around the cozy stone fireplace with pellet stove. You have access to a smart TV, fiber optic internet and various board games for young and old.
Adjacent is the fully equipped kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, American fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ample crockery and cookware. Here you will find everything you need to prepare the delicious regional products from the nearby markets. A glass door gives direct access to the terrace.
In the extension of the kitchen is the laundry room with washing machine, ironing set and storage space. A separate toilet completes this floor.
First floor: A beautiful wooden and stone staircase leads to the sleeping area on the upper floor, where peace and comfort come together. The master bedroom has a spacious double bed (160 cm), a chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk, chair and a wall-mounted television. The exposed beams and parquet floor give the room a special charm.
The adjoining bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a stylish washbasin unit. On the other side of the floor is the second bedroom with two single beds, a bookcase and storage shelves. At the entrance to the room is a spacious wardrobe with hanging space for our guests. On this floor you will also find a second, separate toilet.
Outside
The romantic private courtyard offers a wonderful place to enjoy the outdoors. Relax with a drink on the comfortable garden furniture, have lunch at the elegant iron table using the gas barbecue, or completely unwind on one of the two sun loungers in the shade of the large parasol. For an extra touch of relaxation, there is the jacuzzi for two, exclusively for your use (available from April to mid-October).
