Gite Beynac is a typical stone Périgord middle house (en pierre) for 6 to 7 people, which is fully restored. The house is situated on a small holiday resort with six cottages and a heated shared swimming pool located on an estate of 10.000m2 in the middle of the Perigord Noir , at 1 km from the Dordogne River and 15 minutes from Sarlat.

Living area 80 m2 over 2 floors. 3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
Ground floor: kitchen / dining room, lounge, bathroom. Sofa, table, 8 chairs, TV, DVD player, radio, wifi internet. Kitchen with cooker with ceramic plates, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher. 1 Bedroom with two single beds of 90cm wide (can be put together to create a bed of 180 cm) with a possibility for a cot. Small bathroom (4 m2) with washbasin, shower, toilet.
1st floor with mezzanine with view over the lounge area: 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 160cm wide, one with a double bed of 160cm wide and a single bed. Possibility to add a cot. Bathroom with 2 washbasins, shower and toilet.Bed linen, towels and tea towels are included. Pool towels are not included.
Outside
Fully enclosed shared garden for the gites. Great barbecue with teak garden furniture and parasols. Each cottage has a sheltered part of the garden. Fenced shared heated pool of 10m x 5m. Estate of 10,000 m2. Separate playground with table tennis, swings, boules, sandpit and other toys. Private parking. Common utility room with washing machine and dryer, ironing board and vacuum cleaner, etc.
Shops: In Groléjac at 4 km is a small supermarket, a bakery, a butcher, a post office, a restaurant, a pizzeria. Shopping centers and superstores in Sarlat at 12 km.
