Gite Chene is one of the three luxury cottages situated on a domaine of 2.5 hectares. The gites are tastefully decorated and equipped with every comfort. All houses have their own private terrace with stunning views over the valley of the Isle and the medieval town Thiviers. The domaine offers a haven of peace and tranquilityy. Thiviers is a short distance and you will find everything you need. On arrival the beds are made. The gites are non-smoking and are also coupled to rent.
The cottage is very rustic and completely furnished. Everything is ground floor. The cottage has French doors to the terrace fromwhere you have an overwhelming view.

Outside
You can spend the day relaxing with a great book and a glass of wine. But you can also enjoy the unspoiled nature by hiking, cycling or riding. A marked cycling and hiking trail starts directly from the domaine. But you can also relax in the sauna. All cottages have a private terrace where you can sit and enjoy the private tranquility and stunning views. The back door of the cottage opens onto a charming courtyard with plants, umbrellas and various seating areas. This courtyard can completely be locked so that small children can play freely and safely.

Walking : Right from the cottage there are several beautiful nature walks. There are several route descriptions available.
BBQ : The BBQ is available to everyone and is under the canopy in the courtyard. Sitting together around the BBQ or separately with your own family.
Playfield : badminton, basketball or football. Young and old meet here. Small children can play here safely and undisturbed.
Domaine les Pins is an ideal base for those who want to stay longer in the Périgord Vert. But also to make trips. There are several tourist attractions within a short distance. And do not forget the delicious food. Traditionally, the Dordogne is already known as the gastronomic center of France. Known are the Foie Gras, truffles and the nut cakes.
