Description
Gite de Faux is located a short distance from the charming village of Meyrals and has been completely renovated. With a total area of 110m², the house has a large loft-type living room with a large sofa, armchair and coffee table, flat screen TV, large table and 6 chairs. In the low season, the insert fireplace brings comfort to the room in addition to efficient electric heating. Separated from the living room by a large glass roof, you will find a beautiful modern kitchen that is fully equipped with, among other things, a large refrigerator, freezer, 4-burner induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, food processor and much more. Thanks to the bar so you can have breakfast there.
At the entrance of the house is a large veranda overlooking the garden and whose large bay windows can be opened completely, you can also "almost" have lunch outside.
There are a total of 3 bedrooms
Bedroom 1 is located on the other side of the living room, at the end of the hallway and therefore very quiet. This is a spacious master bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, two bedside tables, low cupboard and large dressing room with wardrobe and shelves.
Bedroom 2 is adjacent and this is the children's bedroom with two single beds, a bedside table with lamp, a small storage unit and a dressing room.
The 3 bedrooms share a bathroom. This has been recently renovated and has a large tiled Italian shower, a beautiful washbasin, a storage column and a washing machine. A baby bath is available on request. Adjoining, separate toilet complete this first floor.
Accessible via the wooden staircase from the living room, you will find the third large bedroom and it is located upstairs. It consists of a beautiful wooden bed with a 140 cm bed, two bedside tables and lamps, a storage shelf, a dressing room and a desk with ergonomic chair so that you can work comfortably installed. The cot with a thick mattress is perfect for letting the baby sleep in the room. A second cot type travel cot is also available for the ground floor. Games and toys are also at your disposal.
Outside
When you return from excursions, you will appreciate the tranquility of the large enclosed garden, the dining terrace and the lovely little private pool. The extensive tree-lined garden of over 1200 m² offers large lawns and rest areas in the shade of the ancient pine trees. This is a paradise for children and the outdoor toys that are freely available to them. The dining terrace at the entrance of the property has a table, 6 chairs and a large parasol. On the other side of the garden is the small private swimming pool (3.5mx2mx1m deep) and the beautiful wooden terrace equipped with 4 sun loungers, two armchairs and a parasol. It is secured by submerged alarm. There is a parking space for 2 cars right next to the house and a large storage room for bicycles.

Gite de Faux is located in the heart of the Périgord Noir, in the Dordogne Valley, 2 km from the center of the picturesque village of Meyrals (bakery, restaurants), 6 km from the village with all shops of St Cyprien, and 12 km from the medieval town of Sarlat, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is the ideal starting point from which you can easily explore the whole region.
