On the ground floor, the solid wooden front door gives direct access to the large open living room. There is a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with electric stove, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave. The dining area has a table for 4 people. The sitting area has armchairs, coffee table and wood stove.
There is a bathroom with corner bath, separate shower, double sink and washing machine and a separate toilet completes the ground floor.
From the living room, wooden stairs lead to the 1st floor =. There you will find 2 bedrooms
Bedroom 1 has a large double bed (160 cm wide), wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps.
Bedroom 2 also has a large double bed (160 cm wide).
There is a small sitting room with a sofa bed

Gite de l'Esquirol has a large terrace, ideal for outdoor dining, equipped with table, chairs and parasol. The private swimming pool, 7.5 x 3.5 m, is open from May to September and offers sun loungers and parasol. It is secured by a submerged alarm.
Gite de l'Esquirol offers the advantage of being located in the heart of Domme, with the shops and tasteful restaurants of the bastide a short walk from the house.
Domme offers an ideal location for those who want a peaceful holiday, yet close enough to enjoy a wide range of activities, and convenient for visiting many places of interest: Sarlat, Les Eyzies, Domme, Beynac, La Roque-Gageac are just a short far away. The motorway junction is just a 30 minute drive away, just north of Souillac. Bergerac Airport is just over an hour's drive away. There are also several golf courses nearby
Domme is remarkably situated on a rocky outcrop overlooking the Dordogne valley. It is located just a few kilometers from the pretty town of Sarlat and within easy reach of the Lascaux and Padirac caves, as well as several castles of which Beynac and Castelnaud are the best known.
