Gite Fabio is located in the beautiful medieval village of Daglan. The gite is suitable for 6 people and is only 10 km from Domme. Daglan is located in the middle of the Perigord Noir. There is a lovely heated private swimming pool where you can relax all day or where you can take a dip after one of the many visits to the beautiful towns and attractions.

Gite Fabio has a light and very spacious living room with large fireplace, comfortable couches and TV. The dining area has a table and chairs for 6 people and doors to the terrace and garden. Adjacent is a large, open and fully equipped kitchen with all necessary equipment for preparing home-cooked meals. There is a stove in style, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and microwave. The French doors again lead to a sheltered patio garden complete with garden furniture. A laundry room with washing machine and a separate toilet complete the ground floor. The wooden staircase leads from the living room to the first floor.
There are 3 spacious bedrooms.
All bedrooms have a double bed. And there is a bathroom with a bath and separate shower, a sink and a toilet. In the winter the house is very cozy thanks to a gas central heating and a fireplace. Internet Wifi access is available everywhere in it.

The terrace is equipped with a dining table and chairs, and the vine-covered pergola provides shade for al-fresco meals. The garden is largely lawned, with a raised wooden decking area. The private swimming pool of 10 x 5 m is heated from May to September. There are sun loungers and parasols for a relaxing afternoon by the pool. There is a closed parking space for two cars in front of the house.
During the high season, preference is given to a rental of two consecutive weeks. Single weeks will be accepted as soon as they appear.
Daglan itself is very beautiful, with narrow cobbled streets and honey-colored stone houses and shops. It enjoys excellent restaurants, mini-market, bakery, and its own colorful Sunday market, all within a very convenient walking distance of the house. Just think: you can lie in bed and send the children to get the croissants in the morning!
