Gite Fénelon is a typical stone Périgord cottage for 6 to 7 people, which is fully restored. The house is situated on a small holiday resort with six cottages and a heated shared swimming pool located on an estate of 10.000m2 in the middle of the Perigord Noir , at 1 km from the Dordogne River and 15 minutes from Sarlat.

Ground floor: kitchen / dining room, lounge, bathroom. Sofa, table, 8 chairs, TV, DVD player, radio, wifi internet. Kitchen with electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher. 1 Bedroom with a double bed of 140cm wide with a possibility for a cot. Small bathroom (4 m2) with washbasin, shower, toilet.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 160cm wide, one with a double bed of 160cm wide and a single bed. Possibility to add a cot. Bathroom with 2 washbasins, shower and toilet. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are included. Pool towels are not included.

Fully enclosed shared garden for the gites. Great barbecue with teak garden furniture and parasols. Each cottage has a sheltered part of the garden. Fenced shared heated pool of 10m x 5m. Estate of 10,000 m2. Separate playground with table tennis, swings, boules, sandpit and other toys. Private parking.
