Gite L'Amour is a modern detached holiday home in the Dordogne for 6 people with a heated swimming pool. Through the glass front door you enter a hallway and enter a spacious and bright open living room with high ceilings. The fully equipped modern kitchen, consisting of electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee machine and a large range of crockery and glassware. There is a beautiful solid wooden dining table with 6 chairs. The seating area has a comfortable sofa and armchair and a flat-screen TV. A large French window gives access to the enormous raised terrace and the forest behind it.
There are 3 bedrooms
Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom with large wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps, leading onto an en suite shower room with walk-in shower and sink.
Bedroom 2 is also a double bedroom also with wardrobes
You will also find a second shower room with sink and washing machine. A separate toilet completes this floor.
From the living room a beautiful industrial style staircase leads to the first floor.
There you will find Bedroom 3. This is a children's bedroom with two single beds. A third single bed is located on the mezzanine level, offering flexibility in terms of sleeping arrangements or a quiet reading area. A separate toilet is available on the floor. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms!

Gite L'Amour has a fantastic "floating" terrace, which makes it seem like you are floating above the trees! It is equipped with a table and 8 chairs, a parasol and a charcoal barbecue. The private pool is open and heated from mid-June to mid-September. It measures 9m x 4m and has a flat bottom at a depth of 150cm. There is ample parking on site for 2 cars.

Located in the golden triangle of the Dordogne, you will be in the heart of the Black Perigord and all its famous tourist sites: Sarlat la Canéda, the pearl of the Perigord, and several of the most beautiful villages in France, such as La Roque Gageac, Beynac and Castelnaud all within a radius of 15 km.
