Description
Gite La Petite Chapelle has a cozy living/dining room with open kitchen. In the low and mid season the gite can be heated by a pellet stove. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, a spacious refrigerator with separate freezer, a Nespresso coffee maker, kettle and various electrical kitchen appliances. There is plenty of storage space for your groceries.
Via an open staircase you reach the first floor and there you will find the bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has a spacious bed of 160x200 with a down duvet with USB connection for your mobile phone and a ceiling fan with remote control. There is a spacious linen closet. The bathroom has a toilet, shower cabin (80x120) and sink. There is a hair dryer at the sink. There is limited internet available.
Outside
You reach the gite via a fairly steep driveway. Your own parking space is 10 meters lower from the gite, which can be reached via the garden steps. Gite La Petite Chapelle has its own private garden and is located on the grounds of Manoir La Caille d'Or. Due to the sheltered location, naturism in the private garden is possible. There is a spacious covered shaded terrace. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture. From your own private garden you have a beautiful view. The sun terrace is equipped with two comfortable sunbeds, a solar shower and a large jacuzzi.
Located in the heart of the touristic Dordogne (Périgord Noir) - the listed villages of Beynac, Roque Gageac, Domme, Belves, the medieval town of Sarlat, the caves of Lascaux, Proumessac, Font de Gaume, the castles of Castlenaud, the Milandes etc etc ... are all accessible within a radius of 25 km. The Olivarie golf course (18 holes) is 5 km from the house. The Dordogne, where you can swim without risk, is 5 km from the house. The villages with all amenities of Siorac and Saint-Cyprien are equidistant of 4 km from the house.
