Just outside the village of Blanquefort-sur-Briolance and on the border of the Dordogne you will find an estate with an attractive gite. Gite Lariviere is suitable for 4-6 persons. It is completely free in nature on a domaine of 90,000m².
Description
Gite Lariviere is located to the right of the main building. Through the large sliding doors you enter a wonderfully large terrace with a beautiful swimming pool of 9x4 m.
There is a large living room with a 2 person sofa / sofa together with a TV with channels from TV Flanders. There is a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, gas hobs, microwave, coffee machine. In the storage room you will find a washing machine.
There are 2 bedrooms
Bedroom 1 is equipped with a double bed and a closet
Bedroom 2 has 2 double beds.
It is possible to create a separate place where 2 extra people can stay. The rates are based on 2 people. For each extra person we charge € 50 on top of the rental price. Free wifi available in the accommodation. Dogs are welcome, after agreement of the owner.
Outside
There is a lovely terrace with a barbecue and there is sufficient and good garden furniture. The heated private pool is 9 x 4m. There is a telescopic hood to maintain the pleasant temperature. This can be opened, but even in colder weather you can also swim. You can also use the jacuzzi. There is a ping pong table. There are also ponies and a number of horses in the paddocks so children can certainly give them some company! There is also a large pond with numerous ducks! The parking lot is located on the property where you can park your car. Do you like fishing? Then throw out your fishing rod in the private fishing lake!
The shown rates are based on 2 persons. € 50 per week is charged for each additional person. The owners live in the adjoining building, but they work from 9 am to 1 am at a campsite further away, so you will hardly see them.
Gite Lariviere is located 3 km from the village of Blanquefort-sur-Briolance. Here you will find a bakery, restaurant and bar. From the domaine you will find various marked walking and cycling routes.

Every day there is a marché gourmand (market of food, drink and music) somewhere and also nice flea markets of antiques.
