Gite Lembrun sur Lot is a completely secluded cottage for 2 to 5 people with private swimming pool, private jetty, boat with outboard motor, located on a property of 7 hectare , which borders the river Lot for 1 km. The river Lot is very rich in carp, catfish and many other species of fish.
Description
On the first floor is a spacious apartment with a large balcony (16 m2) and a breathtaking view over the river, the farmlands and orchards. A spacious living room with modern kitchen, large bedroom (with air-conditioning) with two single beds and bathroom with double washbasin, shower and toilet.
There is also an alcove for two children or a young couple .
On the ground floor there is another large bedroom (with air-conditioning) with two single beds and adjoining bathroom with double washbasin, shower and toilet.
Outside
The cottage has a private jetty with free use of a boat with an outboard motor. A private large pool (5m x 11m). This pool is located directly at the River Lot with a magnificent view over the river.
The province Lot et Garonne is not well known, but no less loved. It can be regarded as the Tuscany of France. There are many picturesque bastide villages, which have been built on hilltops with cozy restaurants and village squares. There is a wide choice of restaurants in the vicinity, especially in the charming villages on the hilltops. Also for wine lovers this region is a paradise. The vineyards of Cahors, Bergerac, Buzet, Duras and Bordeaux are all less than one hour away. Especially a visit to the beautiful town of St Emilion is a must.
