Gite Les Deux Minettes is a holiday home for 2 people by the sea in southwest France and is decorated in coastal style. Gite Les Deux Minettes is a hall detached house of 60m² with a private enclosed garden located at the front of the house (150 m²).
There is a fully equipped kitchen including a 2-burner ceramic hob, microwave and mini oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining room gives access to the patio. There is a small lounge with TV (40' TNT satellite and connected), an office area and WiFi internet. There is a bedroom with a king-size bed 180X200 with bed linen. The bathroom has an Italian shower, sink and a separate toilet

There is a garden and terrace and within walking distance within 100 meters you will find free public parking, daily covered market, small shops and supermarket, restaurants, cinema. And close to the famous Tour du Bassin cycle route. A pet is accepted at no extra cost. At the rear you will find the 2nd terrace (35 m²). The terraces are both equipped with garden furniture. Free public parking is available 50 meters away at Broustic, JM Despagne.
