Gite Les Milandes is a typical stone Périgord studio for 2 to 4 people, which is fully restored. The house is situated on a small holiday resort with six cottages and a heated shared swimming pool located on an estate of 10.000m2 in the middle of the Perigord Noir , at 1 km from the Dordogne River and 15 minutes from Sarlat.

Ground floor: Living room with a 1 bed sofa of 160cm wide (good bed), a bed sofa of 140cm wide (average bed) , 1 table with 4 chairs, TV, DVD player, wireless internet.
A kitchenette equipped with hotplates, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. Bathroom (washbasin - shower - separate toilet), electric Bed linen, towels and tea towels are included. Pool towels are not included.

Fully enclosed shared garden for the gites. Great barbecue with teak garden furniture and parasols. Each cottage has a sheltered part of the garden. Fenced shared heated pool of 10m x 5m. Estate of 10,000 m2. Separate playground with table tennis, swings, boules, sandpit and other toys. Private parking.
