Gite Place du Pont is a beautiful holiday home for 2 people and is located in Murol in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. Place du Pont is 50 m² in size and consists of three floors. The gite is located in a wonderfully quiet area, perfect to recover from the hectic life. Gite Place du Pont is centrally located in the French region of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and is very rural with lots of nature!
Description
The gite is beautifully and tastefully decorated and natural materials such as wood, leather and natural stone are used a lot. Many walls and parts of the woodwork are painted white, which creates a calm fresh look! The detached Gite Place du Pont is suitable for 2 persons. The bathroom and the covered lounge area are on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor is the living room with open kitchen and the closed private terrace. And the third floor is furnished as a bedroom with a sleeping loft. The bathroom has a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathroom furniture and toilet. You will also find a washing machine and a dryer behind the large oak doors. Next to the bathroom you will find the covered lounge area of 20 m².
On the second floor you will find the living room with open kitchen and the closed private terrace of 20 m². The open kitchen is fully equipped. In the living room area there is a dining table and a nice leather sofa. The adjacent private terrace has a table, chairs, sun cloth and sun chairs. The third floor is furnished as a bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed, washbasin and a separate toilet.
Outside
Gite Place du Pont has a beautiful covered lounge area and a closed private terrace. They are wonderful places to eat, drink, relax, lounge and sit in the sun. The bakery, butcher, supermarket, restaurants and shops are all within walking distance and on Wednesdays there is the weekly market which runs through the entire village in the summer.
Important
The living area, terrace and front door are accessible via an open steel outdoor staircase. (If you are disabled, it is not recommended) and the bathroom is accessible from the outside. There is a second sink and a second toilet in the living/sleeping area. The stairs are also often a problem for dogs. Only small dogs that you can pick up are easy.
The beautiful hiking trails in the Puy-de-Dôme region also start right on the other side of the gite. You also have a beautiful view of Chateau de Murol and the area is rich in sports activities, beautiful swimming lakes, beaches and beautiful villages. The beauty of the French landscape is within walking distance! Here you experience the real France and enjoy the peace, space, mountains, lakes and the friendly French life. There are plenty of options for sights and day trips (culinary, castles, markets, cities) in the area. The environment (Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, Puy-de-Dôme department) is part of 'The Massif Central' in the central-southern part of France and consists of mountains of volcanic origin, plateaus, forests and the natural reservoir Lac Chambon less than 2.5 km away.
