Gite Vert is a former tea room and has recently been tastefully and qualitatively renovated, combining many original features with modern comfort and quality furnishings. The glass entrance door opens directly into the open plan living area providing a comfortable living area with two sofas surrounding a wood burner, coffee table and flat screen TV. There is a beautiful fully equipped semi-professional kitchen with gas hob, oven, American fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The dining area has a wooden dining table and 8 chairs and a large sideboard. On this floor is a separate toilet and laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
A wooden staircase leads to the first floor.
There are a total of 5 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 is a double room with a large double bed (160cm wide), bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, two armchairs and a glass door leading out to a balcony overlooking the pool.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 are single bedrooms each with a single bed, wardrobe and bedside tables and lamps
Bedroom 4 is a double bedroom with double bed (140cm wide) and wardrobe.
Bedroom 5 is a master suite, with a large double bed (160cm wide), wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps, and an en suite shower room with shower, basin and WC. Also on this floor is a family bathroom with bath and washbasin and a separate toilet.

From the living room of Gite Vert, glass doors lead to the raised terrace overlooking the pool. The terrace is equipped with tables and chairs and a billiard table. There is a barbecue so you can eat outside. The terrace is partially covered making it perfect in all weathers! There is also a table tennis table.
The private 10m x 5m pool has sunbeds, parasols and is secured by an electric canopy. There is a large garden and private parking for 3 cars at the front.
Daglan is ideally located 20 km from Sarlat and less than 10 km from the beautiful bastide town of Domme, in the green valley of the river Ceou. Daglan is located in the south of the Dordogne and is ideal for exploring both the Dordogne and the Lot. Just a 10-minute walk away you will find a quiet river beach and a leafy park with stone barbecues by the crystal-clear Ceou River. The Dordogne River is just 7km away for more swimming, canoeing and picnicking or, if you prefer, a swimming pool in the gardens of Josephine Baker's Chateau Milandes, just 10km away. For walkers there are many trails from the house to the ancient sites in the hills or along the river valley.
