There is a large dining room of 40 m² with tables and chairs for 15 people. A TV lounge with 3 sofas and relaxation area under the 40 m² veranda - bay window overlooking the garden and swimming pool.

The other bedrooms are upstairs. Each bedroom is accessed via its own staircase:

Outside
Private swimming pool 10m x 5m, with a telescopic roof. Thanks to the telescopic roof, the water temperature remains pleasant and you can also swim during cooler days or in the rain. There is garden furniture and a barbecue, so you can enjoy eating in the garden. Very large flat garden of over 3500m² with lawn, ideal for ball games and young adventurers! Parking for 5 cars in the immediate vicinity of the house. There is also a swing for the little visitors.
Changeover day is Saturday in July (minimum 7 days) and in August (minimum 14 days) / Flexible in mid season (minimum 4 days)
For entertainment is nearby the Parc Josephine Baker with mini-golf, tennis and restaurant (approx. 1.5 km). You can rent canoes at 500m and there is a spectacular adventure park Airparc Perigord for young and old, where you even can cross the river.
