La Colline is a holiday home for 6 persons with a private pool, situated near Saint Amand de Coly in the heart of the Perigord Noir between Terrasson and Montignac (Lascaux), just 20km north of Sarlat.
Description
On the ground floor is the first bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with bath and shower. The first floor has 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with a double bed and an extra bunk bed (this bedroom is great for children). The double bed is in a separate area but there is no door between. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet and a shower.

The garden of the holiday home le Figuier is wonderful to relax. The private swimming pool is 10 by 5 meters and has a depth of 0.7m to 1.7 m. Sufficient parking, very many fig trees, September will be making fig jam!
La colline is situated in a hamlet at 2km from the center of Saint Amand de Coly. The landscape is hilly and lies on the edge of the Massif Central with altitudes between 100 and 300 m. It has a varied landscape which alternates from agricultural grounds, villages and small pieces of wood. There are many rivers which all end in the large rivers like the Dordogne and the Vézère. Although St. Amand de Coly is an agricultural village with a very large area and a small population, it still enjoys a reputation for its unique fortified church from the 13th century. During the last years the restoration of St. Amand de Coly has begun with the objective to bring the houses and the pavement as much as possible into the original state. There are music performances in the church during the summermonths. The result is that St. Amand de Coly belongs to the association of the 151 most beautiful villages of France. The medieval town of Terrasson (8 km) is located on the enchanting river Vézère. In Terrasson are all stores that you need. There are 5 large supermarkets and several restaurants in the old and new part. Montignac at 5 km, known from the famous caves of Lascaux, where the first cave drawings of the prehistoric humans were found. Montignac is a lively town with many restaurants along the river and 2 supermarkets. At 20 km the capital of the Black Perigord: Sarlat, a medieval city known for its atmosphere, food and buildings! Salignac-Eyvigues (17 km) is a beautiful town with a castle.
