The beautiful living room has a fireplace, attractive beamed ceiling and is divided into two areas and offers a sitting area (sofa, armchairs, coffee tables, TV) and a dining area with a large solid oak table and 8 chairs for indoor dining. There are a total of 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is located on the ground floor
Bedroom 1 is a large room of 28m² with double bed, bedside tables and large wooden wardrobe. There is a private bathroom with bath and washbasin and 2 separate toilets.
From the living room the beautiful wooden staircase leads to the first floor where the other 3 bedrooms are located
Bedroom 2 is also a large bedroom with double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe/closet. Adjoining bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. On the other side of the landing you will find: Bedroom 3 which is a double bedroom with double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe/closet.
Bedroom 4 is the last bedroom and is furnished with two single beds, bedside tables and wardrobe. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 share a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

La Ferme has a private swimming pool of 4mx8m with roman steps and recessed alarm. It is equipped with sun loungers and parasols for nice lazy afternoons on the way back from the many excursions that the immediate area offers. The private terrace with garden table and chairs, romantically laid out under the pergola. Built-in charcoal barbecue. The landscaped garden is 1500 m² with lawns, ideal for ball games and there are several centuries-old trees that provide the necessary shade. There is a parking space for 2 to 3 vehicles.
The domaine is located in the heart of the Périgord Noir, between the two beautiful medieval villages of Daglan and Castelnaud.
In Daglan you will find a small supermarket, a bakery, butcher, tourist office, quality restaurant, post office and a beautiful weekly market on Sunday morning. The main tourist sites of the Dordogne (Sarlat, La Roque Gageac, Beynac, Domme, etc...) are all within a radius of 25 km from the house, ideal for exploring the area! The river Céou, where it is pleasant to swim and picnic in summer, is 3 km from the house
