La Perle Blanche is a lovingly restored country house, ideal for families and groups of friends who want to escape the hustle and bustle and immerse themselves in nature. The spacious garden offers plenty of opportunity to read, relax or simply enjoy the peace and beauty of the landscape. Situated in the enchanting Périgord Vert in South West France, this is the perfect place to completely unwind.
Inside you will find a tasteful and homely interior, harmoniously attuned to the natural surroundings. The 450 m² Maison de Maître has a spacious, atmospheric kitchen/diner (6m x 9m) with a Belgian bluestone worktop and a large dining table – ideal for long, convivial dinners. The comfortable living room, with a central fireplace, invites you to cosy evenings by the fire.
Comfortable bedrooms and extra space to relax
La Perle Blanche has four spacious bedrooms, spread over the first and second floors:
Bedroom 1: 180 x 200 cm
Bedroom 2: 2x 90 x 200 cm
Bedroom 3: 2x 90 x 200 cm
Bedroom 4: 180 x 200 cm + 90 x 200 cm
The two well-appointed bathrooms are located on the ground floor and first floor. For those who like to retreat, there is an additional living room on the first floor with an extensive selection of books – an ideal place to relax.
Outside
The holiday home is situated on a private plot of 2000 m², surrounded by old trees and with a picturesque view over the fields. Opposite the main entrance is a romantic walled kitchen d’été with a herb garden and a large dining table for at least 10 people, covered by a wisteria-covered pergola. Here you can enjoy delicious meals in the open air, with a barbecue within easy reach.
The recently fenced swimming pool offers not only relaxation but also safety for your children or pets. There is also ample parking on the property.
