Description
La Tente is hidden in a private corner on the domaine, but it is also close to all amenities. Watch your kids have fun in the playground, while you enjoy a nice glass of wine on your wooden terrace in the afternoon sun. There is also plenty of shade, which is not a luxury during the hot summers. From the terrace you enter the kitchen and the dining room. Equipped with all the basics to cook a delicious meal for 4/5 people. Or make a nice capuccino in the morning. Delicious with your fresh croissants.
There are two bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 has a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed (90 x 200 cm) and a single bed (90 x 200 cm). The single bed can be replaced by a baby cot. You have your own private shower, sink and toilet in the sanitary building. This building is only a short distance away. Here you will also find a larger sink for your dishes and a washing machine.
Outside
There is a 1.5 m deep swimming pool and a 25 cm deep paddling pool. To make it completely kids-proof, there is a large playground with a trampoline, large sandpit and a sturdy wooden play castle. The village of Coux et Bigaroque is 2 km away. Here you will find the bakery with a small neighborhood supermarket, a bar and a restaurant. At 5 and 7 km are larger towns with large supermarkets (including Lidl and Aldi).
Restaurant: 3 km, Supermarket: 3 km. A perfect base for exploring the region with its many medieval villages, castles and Beynac, La Roque-Gageac, Domme and Sarlat. The vineyards of Bordeaux, St Emilion and Monbazillac are 90 car-minutes away. The pleasant village of Siorac, with shops, restaurants and supermarket, is only two miles away. The medieval local town of Saint-Cyprien also with shops and restaurants is another 3 miles away. It has a large attractive and colored market on the Sunday morning.
