A very spacious living room with patio doors to the terrace. There is a large leather corner sofa, a fireplace (ideal for the colder periods), a flat screen TV and a sideboard. A fully equipped kitchen with an electric hob, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, an electric kettle and a toaster. A utility room with a fridge, freezer, oven, washing machine and a dryer. A dining room, with table and chairs.
There is a double bedroom that has access to the terrace and the garden. There is a large closet and has a private bathroom with shower with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. And a dressing room with even more storage space. The 2nd bedroom has lots of light through the windows on three sides and also has access to the garden There is a double bed, a shower and a sink. A separate toilet completes the ground floor.
From the dining room a beautiful staircase leads to the first floor: There is a 3rd bedroom on the mezzanine, with two single beds. There is also a ceiling fan that provides air during the warm summer evenings.
There is a large bathroom, with corner bath with shower, sink and toilet. From the mezzanine you have a beautiful view over the valley. WiFi is available throughout the property.

The garden is completely fenced and closed with an electric gate. Ideal if you go on holiday with small children or with your pet. There are several terraces where you can enjoy a lunch or dinner, equipped with tables and chairs, a stone barbecue and parasols. There is a jacuzzi with two places, (available from May to September), where you can enjoy the sun, and relax in the warm rays, overlooking the valley. The garden is on the hill with different levels, with paths, stairs and walls - just waiting to be discovered by the adventurer. There is room for parking two cars.
The holiday home is located in the Céou Valley, just 2 km from Castelnaud la Chapelle and its famous castle and the Dordogne River. The house is ideally situated for discovering the surroundings. Castelnaud itself has an excellent bakery, small supermarket, pebble beach and canoe base. It has several restaurants and bars. The village of St Cybranet is only 1 km in the other direction, and offers a small supermarket, and during the summer months a gourmet market once a week.
You can swim in the river Céou on St Cybranet, where there is a picnic area on the banks of the river; or you can swim in Castelnaud in the Dordogne. All major tourist sites of the Dordogne are within a radius of 30 km: the villages Domme, Beynac, La Roque Gageac and of course Castelnaud; the castles of Beynac, Les Milandes and Castelnaud; the prehistoric center of the world in Les Eyzies; not to mention the fantastic market town of Sarlat. Bergerac airport 60kms, A20 on Souillac 36kms.
