Two bathrooms with washing stand, toilet, one with a bath and one with a shower. Washing machine, cot and high chair available.

The house is situated on a lot of 4200m² with a drive and has a beautiful private swimming pool of 11x5m with alarm - depth 30 - 180 cm - and a wide terrace, facing south, which is partially covered. BBQ and gardenfurniture.

The rates are based on 6 people.
For each additional person we charge 125 euros per person per week.
The house lies at the end of a small street, so no traffic. There is a baker, supermarkt and department store at 5km in Aiguillon. Quiet location in a splendid nature landscape (own orchard, sunflower fields, forests..).
Tourist sites: Bastides and nice villages in the vicinity: Villeneuve-sur-Lot, Pujol, Penne-d'Agenais, Monflanquin, Vianne, Lavardac, Nerac, Mézin. Large cities: Bordeaux, Agen, Bergerac. The rivers Lot, Garonne and Baïse. The vintages of the Duras, Buzet... Gastronomy : Foie gras, the prunes of Agen, nice wines: Buzet, Duras, Bergerac, Cahors, Marmendais.
