Lamillal has a spacious living room consisting of a dining area with table and eight chairs, where it is pleasant to have a cool lunch with a view of the pool. A kitchen open to the living room, perfectly equipped to prepare all the good local products! The devices are completely new. A very cozy lounge area, with a subdued atmosphere, where the sofas, armchairs and coffee table invite you to relax.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. A separate toilet complements the ground floor.
From the living room the wooden stairs take you to the 1st floor where the landing, overlooking the mezzanine living room, leads to the sleeping area. Two large cupboards/wardrobes provide ample storage space. There are 4 bedrooms
Bedroom 1 has a double bed (160 cm wide) and a dressing area. This room has a private bathroom with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower and a bathroom cabinet.
Bedroom 2 also has a double bed (160 cm wide) and storage/dressing space. This room also has a private bathroom with walk-in shower and bathroom furniture.
Bedroom 3 has a double bed (180 cm wide, which can be split into two 90 cm beds) and a chest of drawers and wardrobe.
Bedroom 4 has a bunk bed and is suitable for two young holidaymakers.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a large family bathroom with bath, bathroom furniture and toilet. A separate toilet is also available.

Lamillal has a huge garden of 1500 m² and offers large play areas for children. The unobstructed view extends to the Coux Hills. The garden is completely fenced and closed with a gate. On the terrace you will find two large tables and 8 chairs so you can have lunch outside and enjoy the sun all day long.
At the back of the house you will find the beautiful private swimming pool. The swimming pool is secured by an electric shutter and offers optimal safety for children. For the comfort of our guests, the pool is heated from May to the end of September. There is parking for 3 cars on site.
Le Coux is a charming village, in the heart of the Périgord Noir. There you will find some local shops and restaurants. In the middle of summer you can enjoy swimming on the pebble beach, under supervision. During your walks you will discover a rich and diverse heritage: two churches, three castles, eighteen noble houses, mansions or charter houses and an important small built heritage. The village of Bigaroque, a few kilometers away, is in itself worth a long stop. Treat yourself to a detour along the hills and you will be convinced by the charm of the hamlets (Lanceplaine, Lagrave, Braguel, Langle).
In the immediate vicinity, many famous tourist sites will seduce you: the medieval town of Sarlat, the castles of the Dordogne valley, the picturesque landscapes of the Vézère valley, the town of Le Bugue, the villages classified as "most beautiful villages in France" of Beynac, la Roque Gageac, Domme, Castelnaud la Chapelle, etc... The list of all its architectural beauties is too long to enumerate.
