Lamoulinal is a fantastic holiday domain for a total of 16 people with two beautiful natural stone houses. The park garden also has a lot to offer: a large private swimming pool with pool house and outdoor kitchen, a volleyball court, a petanque court, a pool table and a ping pong table. In short, plenty of space to relax and enjoy together. There is also a charging station for electric cars on site.
Each house has sufficient privacy. The kitchen of 'maison d'Isabel' is fully equipped for 16 people. The large covered terrace of 'maison d'Isabel' has a table and chairs for 16 people.
Maison d'Isabel
For 8-10 people. It is a spacious and very tastefully decorated and authentically restored farmhouse of 190 m². There are very nice fireplaces with wood stoves. There is a fully equipped, extremely comfortable kitchen with a large cooking island, a very spacious and cozy living room of 57 m² with television, and a large dining room of 40 m². Kitchen equipment: Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, freezer, refrigerator, microwave, hob, oven, coffee maker, espresso machine, blender.
There are 4 beautiful bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are ensuite and a total of 3 toilets
On the ground floor you will find 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 wide) with an en-suite bathroom.
On the 1st floor you will find the other 2 bedrooms.
One bedroom has a double bed (180 wide) (or 2 single beds 90cm wide), the other bedroom has 2 single beds 90cm wide and a bathroom. There are 2 folding beds, a baby bed and a high chair available.
Maison d'Amis
For 4-6 people. It is a charming renovated farmhouse of 140 m², in typical Perigord style, with a pigeonnier. There is a beautiful living room of 55m² with a spacious dining area and a sitting area. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker.
There are 2 spacious bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 is 25 m² and equipped with a double bed (160 wide) and the 2nd bedroom is 15 m² and also equipped with a double bed (160 wide) and a beautiful mezzanine with 2 single beds. There are 2 ensuite bathrooms and 2 toilets. A baby bed and baby chair are available. WiFi internet.
Maison d'amis is not rented separately, it is only rented together with maison d'Isabel
Outside
It is wonderful to relax around the large swimming pool 12x6m with sun terrace, sunbathing lawn and sun loungers. The 6x4 m pool house with large lounge area and refrigerator and a magnificent view of the pool and garden provides the necessary cooling on hot days and is perfect for aperitifs together. Next to the pool house you will find the outdoor kitchen with a large terrace and plenty of tables and chairs for dining together. There is also a petanque court, a pool table in the play barn, a football field, a volleyball court, ping pong table and swing. Each house has one or more covered terraces with lounge chairs and you will find shaded areas throughout the grounds thanks to the centuries-old trees in the large park garden. Possibility to rent bicycles (also children's bicycles, bicycle helmets,...). Bicycles are delivered and collected on site. There is a carport for 2 cars with a charging station for electric cars.
Lamoulinnal is located in a lovely region where you will find charming medieval towns located in and around the romantic Dordogne and Lot valleys. This area is known for its superb wines of Bergerac, Monbazillac and Cahors, it's splendid castles, lovely summer markets etc. In short, for it's uncomparable quality of life! Culture and cuisine are never far away,the medieval town of Castillonès is located at 4 km distance, Monflanquin is only 15 km away and in 25 minutes (25 km) you are in the center of Bergerac, passing along the way by the majestic castle of Monbazillac. La Moulinal is located in Lougratte, a small village of 400 inhabitants, in the northern part of the department of Lot-et- Garonne (47), between Bergerac and Villeneuve-sur-Lot, and less than 30 minutes driving from either town. The distance to Bergerac airport (with regular flights form Ryanair and FlyBe) is only 20 km! Strong recommendations in the close vicinity (<30 km) are the castle of Monbazillac, the abbay of Cadouin and the medieval towns of Issigeac (10 km) Monflanquin (15 km) and Monpazier (25 km)
Activities
Hiking, cycling and mountain-biking, can be complemented with horse-back riding or playing golf on the magnificent 18 hole championship course in the vicinity (< 15 km) or do a boating trip etc.
