Le Clos des Lilas is an old farmhouse located in the heart of the Périgord noir. The domain has a unique location and you can enjoy the peace, quiet and beautiful nature of the Périgord. Le Clos des Lilas consists of 2 gites - Les Lilas & Les Lavandes. The gites overlook a large garden with trees, swimming pool and have a beautiful view of the valley and the hills.
Gites Les Lilas & Les Lavandes can accommodate a total of 8 people
The holiday homes are furnished the same.
Each gite is 70 m² in size and suitable for 4 people.
Complete kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave.
Living room with flat screen TV, DVD player.
Dining table with 4 chairs
There are 2 bedrooms
Bedroom 1 has a double bed (160cm)
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds (90cm).
The bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, sink, hairdryer, separate toilet and washing machine.
Outside
Each gite has a covered terrace of 30m² with garden furniture, barbecue and views of the garden and swimming pool and the adjacent valley. The swimming pool is open from May to September. You share the swimming pool with the owners.

Baby package available on request (baby bed, plastic bath, changing mat and high chair).
Upon arrival, a package will be ready with coffee, tea, sugar, jam and a bottle of wine.
Including bed, bathroom and kitchen linen.
Pool towels are not included
Short stays are possible during the low season in June and September:

The Dordogne River and the village of Cénac St Julien and Daglan are just a few kilometers away. The beautiful town of Domme and the famous medieval town of Sarlat are nearby and are definitely worth a visit. Cénac is a large village with a post office, pharmacy, doctor's surgery, supermarket, newsagent, 2 bakers, 2 butchers, hairdresser and a number of cafes, eateries, a garage and a Crédit Agricole bank. There is an excellent market every Tuesday, a farm shop with local produce and a wine shop.
