Description
There is a modern kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. From dishwasher to washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine to fryer and a dining table with room for 10 people.
Enjoy a family meal in our traditional French dining room under an 18th century chandelier. In the separate living room you will find fiber-connected PS4, Netflix, satellite TV or you can listen to music on an old-fashioned record player! As soon as you enter the Manoir you will find a spacious area to put your bags after a hard day's shopping, and there is plenty of room for shoes and coats.
There are 4 bedrooms
Bedroom 1 the Pyrenees: This master bedroom is located at the top of the house and occupies the whole floor plan with an en-suite bathroom and dressing room. Total area 38m².
Bedroom 2 The Four Poster Bed: Tastefully decorated, this four poster bed is both luxurious and comfortable. Comes with a private bathroom and Alexa. Total size 35m²
Bedroom 3 The William Morris: This room contains a double and a single bed, this can be arranged as either a double or 2 singles, with access to the family shower room. Total size 26m².
Bedroom 4 The Dorm: Sleeps 4 and ideal for mixed families wanting to sleep together. Total size 17m²
There is an annexe which is equipped with table tennis, darts, badminton and tennis equipment for use on the free local hard court and a mini gym. Here you will find a running machine, a multi-gym, mats and dumbbells for those who want to keep fit and burn those excess calories during the holidays!
With us, all services are included, such as final cleaning, bed linen, towels and energy.
Outside
There is a large sunny terrace with a large outdoor table that seats 10 people. If it gets too hot, you can lower the awning. There is a large heated swimming pool 10x6 meters. Enjoy a cool dip after a refreshing shower or float on Freddie the Flamingo. Cleaned and maintained daily by the owners, open from 10am to sunset. Lawns and meadows in 1.5 hectares of grounds provide Le Manoir with space for lively family gatherings or quiet corners to relax. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the afternoon sun while reading a book from the library in the hammock under a shady bush. The chickens: Baby, Fluffy and BB, supervised by Pierre, provide fresh eggs every morning. Housed in their own loft.
From the garden you have a beautiful view of the valley. South facing means the sun sets uninterrupted every night (unless it's cloudy of course!)

There are 2 high quality road bikes, two trail bikes for trips into the forest opposite, two bikes for children under 10 and a toddler bike with training wheels - all included.

Whether it's PS4 downloads, Netflix movies or logging into a team/zoom call, we have unlimited fiber broadband throughout the house.
Bed linen and towels
We provide 100% cotton sheets and duvets, hand, shower and beach towel, all included and washed/changed once a week at no extra cost.

The warm and welcoming city of Auch will charm you with its atmosphere and rich heritage, while Pau, in the heart of the Pyrenees-Atlantiques, is the historic capital of Bearn and invites you to discover its many treasures. Bagnères-de-Luchon, the famous spa town of the Pyrenees, is known for its thermal baths, but also for the many sporting activities offered all year round, from skiing and hiking to fishing and mountain biking. Lourdes, the second Catholic pilgrimage site in the world, is only 80 minutes away and evokes a very special spiritual and mystical atmosphere.
