Gite Le Petit Casse is suitable for 4 people and ideal for a small family or a couple. The living room is comfortably furnished and everything you need for a holiday is present. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a stove, oven, microwave, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher.
There are 2 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a closet where you can store your luggage.
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and a closet where you can store your luggage.
The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. In the utility room you will find a washing machine, dryer and ironing set.
Outside
The garden is completely fenced and has a new swimming pool (9x4m and 150cm deep). In the spring, the garden will be completely renovated and you will find a large terrace with various garden furniture. You can park your car on the property.
You share the swimming pool with the friendly English owners. Your pet is very welcome, but please note that the owners also have a dog as a pet.
Villefranche de Lonchat is located between the vineyards of Bordeaux and Bergerac. There are two doctors, a dentist, pharmacy, bakery, grocer, butcher, 2 bar / restaurants and a recently renovated hotel, with an excellent restaurant. The Lac de Gurson is two minutes away, where you can sail, fish, swim, windsurf, horse ride and play tennis. There are also four cheap bar / restaurants and a large sandy beach with two snack bars and a slide. Villefranche de Lonchat has a night market, every Friday, during the months of July and August with music, dancing and BBQ! Golf in the Chateau de Vigier at 30km. The nearest town is Montpon (10 minutes by car). Ste Foy la Grande and Castillion de Bataille are also nearby. The medieval town of St Emilion, the world famous centre of wine, with its many gastronomic restaurants is only 15 minutes away.
