Domaine de Castels is located just 500 meters from the charming village of Saint Cyprien. It is a beautiful place consisting of a holiday home for 4 people and a gite for 2/3 people. It is therefore ideal for two families who want to maintain their privacy while traveling together.
Domaine de Castels is very quietly located and has a large, fully enclosed garden, a large swimming pool (16 x 8 meters) and several terraces with an exceptional view over the medieval village of Saint Cyprien, a 5-minute walk away.

The Maison is located entirely on the ground floor. You enter through the entrance hall. On the left you will find the office and on the right the kitchen.
There is a bright living room with stylish seating area and dining area. Through the patio doors you have direct access to the front terrace.
The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking.
There are 2 bedrooms
Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom and also gives direct access to the front terrace. It is equipped with a large quality bed (160 x 200 cm), an elegant chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe.
Adjacent is bedroom 2. This room features 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm) that can be joined into a large double bed, and a built-in wardrobe.
On the other side of the living room you will find a large walk-in shower and a sink. There is a separate toilet with small sink.
Gite
The gite is located 30 meters from the maison and is suitable for 2 or 3 people. The house is spread over two levels and comprises on terrace level a light and bright living room with a fully fitted kitchen and dining area. The seating area has two comfortable armchairs and a coffee table. The two large patio doors give access to the L-shaped terrace, equipped with a table and chairs, ideal for relaxing outdoors.
From the entrance a staircase goes down to the lower level, where it remains very cool in summer. The 30 m² bedroom has a super king size bed (which can be split into 2 single beds), 2 bedside tables and lamps, a chest of drawers and 2 chairs.
There is a seating area with a sofa (which can be made into a bed for a child) and a flat-screen TV. Adjacent you will find a large walk-in shower, sink and storage space and a washing machine. There is a separate toilet.
Outside

Domaine de Castels has a grassy and flowery garden. There are two terraces equipped with table and chairs and a seating area in the garden. The enormous swimming pool of 16 x 8 meters is located on the other side of the garden. You can enjoy the sun in the garden from early in the morning until late in the afternoon. You can park your cars on site.
Changeover day is flexible. Minimum 10 days in August
The situation of the gite is convenient for all the Perigord Dordogne attractions: Lascaux 2, the Dordogne Valley and its chateaux, Sarlat 20 Kms, Les Eyzies, caverns and prehistoric sites. A good choice of inexpensive restaurants will give you the opportunity to appreciate the local gastronomy and the gorgeous wine of the Bergeracois. The village of Saint Cyprien is only 500m from the gite. Supermarkets, local shops, restaurants, doctors, pharmacies, banks.Market on Sunday mornings.
