Outside
This detached villa is situated on a private property of 1.3 ha, enclosed by shrubs and trees and offers complete privacy. An enclosed garden with plenty of lavender, roses and boxwood surrounded by fig trees, nut trees and other fruit trees. In front of the villa is a small lawn with a lovely private pool. The sunny terrace offers a panoramic view over the hills. The terrace is equipped with a garden table with wicker chairs, loungers and a barbecue. For children there is enough space to play.

Pool heating is possible up to 26 degrees. In the months of May, June, September and October, a surcharge is payable according to consumption.
There is in Cazals a lively market with fresh products on Sunday. In the immediate vicinity there are several medieval towns like Gourdon (20 km) Cahors (29 km), Sarlat (37 km) Domme (26 km) and Souillac (28 km). The Dordogne river is approx 30 km from the villa. Along the river you can visit splendid castles, like Milandes (Josephine Baker), Castelnau and Beynac. In summer there are many antiques and flee markets, and music festivals.
