Description
The front door is located on the side of the holiday home and gives direct access to the first floor. Here you will find a cosy living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
There are 3 bedrooms
Bedroom 1 is also on the first floor and has a double bed.
On the ground floor you will find bedroom 2 and 3. Both also have a double bed. The bedrooms share a bathroom, which has a shower, a sink and a washing machine. There is also a separate toilet.
Outside
Le Tresor de Sarlat is located on 5000 m². There is a beautiful park-like garden. It is completely fenced, so ideal for dogs and small children. You can also take a dip in the private swimming pool which is situated on a jetty. The pool is 3 metres wide and 7.5 metres long, on one side there is a staircase across the entire width.
The holiday home is situated 1 km from the town centre of Sarlat with all its shops, bars and restaurants. The colourful markets on Wednesday and Saturday mornings are a must, as are the narrow cobbled streets.
All the major tourist attractions of the Dordogne Valley, such as the villages of Domme, la Roque Gageac, Beynac, are all within a 30 minute drive.
The nearest motorway is at Souillac, 20 km to the east, and the local airports are at Bergerac and Brive, both around 40 km away.
