Les Bousquies Est is a beautiful typical Perigordian house, which has been restored. The independent house for 6 people is situated in its own grounds with a private heated pool in the commune of St Crépin et Carlucet which is 13 km from Sarlat, 20 km from Lascaux, and 5 km from Salignac.

Description
Living space: 150 m², 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, garage. 
Ground floor: - Large living room with sofa and armchairs, coffee table, table, chairs, dresser, flat screen TV, DVD player, CD radio. High speed internet access. 
Fully equipped kitchen (electric oven, gas hob and electric, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer). Utility room: water heater, washing machine, dryer, sink and cupboards. 

 

Bedroom 1: double bed (160cm) with flat screen TV, ensuite dressing room and bathroom (shower and bath). Office. Separate toilet. 
1st Floor: Mezzanine with reading area. Bedroom 2: double bed (160cm). Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (90cm). 
Bathroom (with shower and bath). Separate toilet.

Medieval Salignac (5km) with its beautiful castle, offers all amenities (shops, doctor, dentist, post office, Tuesday morning farmers’ market).  Ideally situated, this house is the starting point of many trips. Only 13 km from there, through the golden light of its typical architecture, Sarlat has an exceptional heritage and reveals all its wealth. Its medieval past to relive with all the architectural treasures. Its cultural present: the drama Festival, various concerts, Sarlat film Festival, Street entertainment and shows; but also its gastronomic present: walking through the market on Saturday with so many various flavors, is a real delight.

Everything exceeded our expectations and is probably the best rental property we have stayed in. The accommodation was spotless and beautifully decorated, with modern, tasteful touches throughout. Everything about our holiday was amazing and especially this house.
The house is beautiful, feels very private and is really well located with fantastic views. Everything inside was spotless and the kitchen was stocked with all the things you could ever need.
The outdoor space and pool was incredible and due to the good weather we barely left to explore the surrounding area. However, the towns and villages we did visit were charming.
Audrey is a great host and had lots of advice about the local area and places to visit. We really didn’t want to leave and will definitely be coming back. Thank you Audrey

Wij hebben hier een heerlijk verblijf gehad dat onze verwachtingen overtrof. Het uitzicht is prachtig en het zwembad is warm en groot genoeg om volledig van te genieten.
Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en meer en was uitzonderlijk schoon en goed onderhouden.
De communicatie met Audrey was uitstekend, met snelle reacties en ze begroette ons bij aankomst, die ons rondleidde wat zeer werd gewaardeerd.
Een van de leukste plekken waar we hebben verbleven en kan niet wachten om volgend jaar terug te komen!

Ons beste vakantieverblijf....
Ik heb het gevoel dat mensen dit altijd zeggen: de foto 's doen het het geen eer aan. Maar dat doen ze echt niet, het uitzicht is ongelooflijk. Je bent hoog in de heuvels, omgeven door de natuur. We hadden grootse plannen om de huurauto naar nabijgelegen steden en restaurants te nemen, we hadden gewoon geen moeite, we wilden de villa niet verlaten.
Buitenruimte en tuinen zijn zeer goed onderhouden.
Vaak kom je op bij vakantieadressen en heb je moeite om alles te koken vanwege het gebrek aan kookgerei/bestek, dat over het algemeen allemaal wordt afgescheiden van het belangrijkste familiehuis. Het tegenovergestelde is het geval van Audrey 's villa, ze heeft ALLES, en ik denk dat het allemaal in principe nieuw is. Beter uitgerust dan onze keuken thuis!
Audrey is ook super vriendelijk en responsief

The house was beautifully done out with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location, looking out over the area was excellent - we loved sitting out on the patio area just watching the view and listening to the birds. Everything was furnished and decorated to a high standard with comfy beds and a good shower. We did manage to use the pool even though it was cold (the children had wetsuits) and the children loved it. The swing sit was also a hit. The grass area around was well kept and the children loved having the freedom to run around and play.
The area had lots to offer with caves, a monkey forest, high ropes courses, beautiful towns/villages and cycling routes. The house was close to a few towns with smaller shops, bakeries, butchers and not far from a hypermarket which was useful.
Audrey was incredibly helpful. She was there to meet us on arrival and clearly explained everything about the house. She was very friendly and offered us suggestions on things to do.
