Les Haute Vignes is spread over two levels and has a total area of 160 m² and offers on the ground floor:
A large living room of more than 40m² and a sitting area, with a corner sofa that focuses around the beautiful fireplace with wood stove. A large equipped open kitchen with gas stove, fridge / freezer and more crockery and cooking utensils. A dining area with a large table and seven chairs. In summer the room stays very cool thanks to the thick stone walls. If necessary supplemented with a more modern air conditioning!
The large laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer and a large storage space. Separate toilets with washbasin complete this floor.
The stairs lead to the first floor where the sleeping area is located. A long and wide corridor leads to three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a small private terrace.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed (140 cm wide) and a single bed, bedside tables and a large wardrobe.
It has a private bathroom with shower, bathroom furniture and toilet.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed of 160 cm. It benefits from an en-suite bathroom with bath, Italian shower, double sinks and toilets.
Bedroom 3 also features a 160 cm wide double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe. This bedroom also has its own bathroom with shower, bathroom furniture and separate toilet.

Although the house is very welcoming and comfortable, outside, sitting comfortably at the large table on the terrace or in the enclosed garden, you will probably prefer to relax after returning from your daily excursions. The swimming pool of 9mx4.5m and 1.20m deep completes the garden beautifully and gives the finishing touch for an unforgettable holiday in the heart of the village of Daglan. For the comfort of our guests, it is heated from May to September. There is private parking for one car. Free parking for several cars in the village car park 20 meters from the house.
Changeover day is flexible, 4 days in Mid season / 7 days in July / 10 days in August
Daglan's Celtic name means 'good beautiful valley'. The village is ideally located 20 km from Sarlat and less than 10 km from Domme, in the green valley of the river Ceou. Being in the south of the Dordogne, Daglan is ideally placed to explore both the Dordogne and Lot.The village itself is extremely pretty and offers a superette, bakery, two excellent restaurants, several craft shops and a lovely Sunday morning market.
