Description
Maison Beaumont is a large holiday home for 8 people (and possibly 2 people on a sofa bed in a bedroom) and is located in the Dordogne. There is a large private pool and enough space for 1 or 2 families. There is a large living and working kitchen with high beamed ceiling with a table for 10 people and patio doors. The kitchen is fully equipped such as a Nespresso, mixer, oven, microwave, ice cube machine, dishwasher and much more. The large bright living room with vide gives a pleasant atmosphere and beautiful look, also to the outside There is a TV, (no satellite) but a Chromecast so that you can stream your favorite programs via your own subscriptions. Enjoy your favorite music via the Harman Kardon Bluetooth speaker. Some indoor and outdoor family games available in addition to reading books.

There are 2 bathrooms. A bathroom with shower en suite, and 1 bathroom with shower and bath. There are 2 additional separate toilets. There is a sofa bed (135cm wide) available in the master bedroom. For the smallest visitors there is a cot and high chair available. There are sufficient fans available, and you can use the washing machine & dryer. The house is cleaned and linen washed.
Outside
Ideal for the youngest visitors is the large enclosed garden 2700m². There is a large enclosed private swimming pool 6x12 meters (chlorine). The pool is equipped with a cover roll to maintain a pleasant water temperature in the summer. There is an outdoor shower, a jeu de boules court on the driveway, a 2-person adult swing, various sunbeds, 4 parasols, 2 hammocks, 2 large barbecues, various terraces with garden furniture and 2 picnic tables. Fire basket available for a cozy evening by the fire. A large tree stands in the garden so you can sit in the shade. The nearest neighbors are hundreds of meters away. Maison Beaumont is located on a very quiet road, and you have a beautiful view of the rolling landscape and green hills.
Ribérac and Grand Brassac have all amenities and are 20 km away. The cities of Perigueux (a city of art and prehistory, the cathedral of Saint-Front), Bergerac (beautiful city along the Dordogne), Saint-Emilion, Brantôme, are within a radius of 40 to 50 km and Cognac, Angouleme and Bordeaux within a radius of 60 to 85 km. Aubeterre is one of the most beautiful villages in France. Brantôme, the Venice of the Perigord, with its prehistoric finds, dolmens, cliffs, springs, rocks and monasteries in the rocks. Bourdeilles, a beautiful small village with a medieval castle. Villars with the most beautiful Renaissance castle in the southwest. Discover Bergerac, Perigueux and Brantôme in a gabarre (kind of boat), an original way to visit the region. Take a day trip to the Dordogne and the Vezère, Sarlat. The markets in the small villages, especially those of Riberac. Further afield, a visit to the Atlantic coast at beautiful Royan is less than a 2-hour drive away
Activities
This region is ideal for lovers of outdoor activities and for the whole family. There are many lakes with a sandy beach with a lifeguard nearby, where you can swim, fish, pedal boat and windsurf. There are also restaurants, snack bars and picnic areas. Canoe-kayak sailing on the many rivers. Long marked trails for forest walks, horse rides and mountain bikes. One can do mountain climbing and abseiling. Golfers are not forgotten, because there is a golf course a 15-minute drive away near Pillac (Golf d'Aubeterre)
