Maison Beaute is a beautiful house, in the heart of the village of St Martial de Nabirat. If you are looking for a real home from home, with quality accommodation, just a stone's throw from the local shops, then this is the perfect place for you! The house has been recently renovated and offers all modern comforts, including WiFi, flat screen TV, modern fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms, and tasteful and comfortable furnishings.
The front door opens into a hallway and in turn leads to:
A spacious and bright living room. There is a comfortable sofa, a flat screen TV and a fireplace providing a perfect place to relax. The second seating area has a large sofa and coffee table and is the ideal place for an aperitif! The dining area has a round table and chairs and is located in front of large patio doors overlooking the pool and garden. The fully equipped, open kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker and a wide range of crockery and glassware. The beautiful dining room is separated from the living room by an industrial style window and has a patio door that also opens onto the terrace and overlooks the pool. A wooden dining table and chairs seat up to 8 people. The utility room offers a second refrigerator and freezer.
A corridor leads to the first sleeping area:
Bedroom 1 has a double bed of 140 cm wide, wardrobe, TV and lamps
Bedroom 2 is a large, bright room with a double bed of 160 cm wide, chest of drawers and TV. This bedroom has French doors to the terrace and garden. A bathroom with bath, shower and sink. A second shower room with sink. A laundry room with washing machine and toilet. A separate toilet completes this floor.
From the living room a beautiful wooden staircase leads to the first floor. There you will find:
Bedroom 3. This is also a double bedroom with a king size bed (180cm) which can be split into two single beds. Bedroom 4 has a double bed (140 cm) and a large wardrobe.
Bedroom 5 also offers a 140cm double bed
These rooms share an independent shower room with shower cubicle, sink and toilet. And a bathroom with bath and double sink.
A staircase leads to the basement where you will find a billiards table and a table tennis table

Outside you benefit from the private pool, terrace and large enclosed garden, all south-facing, whilst being within walking distance of the village with its two restaurants, bakery and small grocery shop. The gardens are completely private and fully fenced and consist largely of lawns. There is a jeu de boules and volleyball court. The south-facing terrace, with table and chairs and barbecue, is ideal for outdoor dining. The private swimming pool of 10 x 5m is secured with a roller cover for the safety of the children. It is equipped with sunbeds and parasols for lazy afternoons by the pool. There is a private parking space and carport for up to 4 cars.
Changeover day is flexible, 4 days in Mid season / 7 days in July / 10 days in August
The house is ideally located in the heart of the village of St Martial de Nabirat with its bakery, restaurants and grocery shop. The Dordogne Valley with its pretty medieval clifftop villages is just 10km away where you can canoe or take a boat trip on the traditional flat bottomed "Gabarres". In the area there are many historic castles (Castlenaud, Beynac, Les Milandes, etc.) and the 'bastide' town of Domme, plus the caves of Les Eyzies and museums about the region's prehistoric life.
