Maison Cenac is a former water mill and recently renovated into a holiday home for 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so ideal for 2 couples or a small family and it is the perfect location to discover the area. Maison Cenac is located in the heart of the market town of Cénac and St Julien. In front of the door are various shops, restaurants and facilities and the river Dordogne is within walking distance.

There is a spacious kitchen which is fully equipped with an electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster ... A wooden dining table and 6 chairs are the ideal place for a relaxing meal. From the kitchen you enter the cozy lounge with wood stove and a beautiful wooden floor. A comfortable sofa and two armchairs are located opposite the imposing stone fireplace and you will find a flat-screen TV and a DVD player.
There are 3 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor. It has a large double bed (160 cm wide) and a large built-in wardrobe. This bedroom has a bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
From the living room the staircase leads to the first floor.
Bedroom 2 has a large double bed (160 cm wide) and a built-in wardrobe. Bedroom 3 has two single beds that can be joined together into a large double bed and a wardrobe. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath with shower, a sink and a heated towel rail. Here is also the washing machine. There is a separate toilet.

Outside there are several places where you can relax perfectly. There is a raised terrace just in front of the kitchen, with a table and chairs and a parasol, ideal for outdoor lunch. There is a small garden under the house, complete with a brook and barbecue. At the rear of the building there is parking for 2 cars.
Pay attention! There is a beautiful stream running through the garden, but is not fenced so young children must be careful.
Maison Cenac is located in the heart of the village of Cénac and St Julien. In the garden you have plenty of privacy while the house is within walking distance of the shops, restaurants and the river Dordogne. Cénac itself is ideally situated for visiting the region: 2 km from Domme, 5 km from Castelnaud and La Roque Gageac - the famous villages of the Dordogne valley; 10 km from Sarlat; and an easy hours drive from the airports of Bergerac and Brive. You can easily walk to the river where you can swim or rent a canoe, or simply relax on the pebble beaches along the bridge.
