Maison du Guinot is a large holiday home in the Dordogne for 13 people. There is a private heated swimming pool and a jacuzzi.
Total living area 250m²
The interior is a mix of old and new. Downstairs you will find the central hall which has a beautiful old tiled floor. This leads on the left to a small library, a play area and a bedroom (number 5). On the right you enter the pool table and TV lounge. If you continue, you enter the large living room with a lovely large fireplace and open dining room.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with large table and garden views. In the kitchen you will find, among other things, a dishwasher and a washing machine. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor.
The stairs lead to the first floor where you will find all the bedrooms. There are a total of 5 bedrooms
Bedroom 1 has a double bed (or 2 single beds) and a bathroom. This bathroom is also connected to bedroom 2.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed.
Bedroom 3 has a double bed
Bedroom 4 has 5 single beds (or a mix of double beds and single beds)
There is a 2nd bathroom with bath and shower and toilet
Bedroom 5 is on the ground floor. This bedroom has a double bed.

Outside
Maison du Guinot has an attractive private garden and access to the fenced and heated private swimming pool (3x6m) and a jacuzzi! Outside there are several interesting spots, all overlooking the aged church. There is a small winter garden with many flowers. There is a barbecue and dining table that is accessible via the open shed. In the open barn you will find a large dining table and outdoor lounge. The 1000m² garden is completely fenced and therefore the ideal place for families with small children.
In the early and late season the rate is based on 4 people. Maximum number of people is 13. Each additional person is charged 20 euros per night.
At the request of the manager of the house, the precise location of the villa will be released after booking the accommodation.
Close to Saint Emillion, Bergerac, Périgueux, Bordeaux or even the Atlantic Ocean at just 130 km! The house is 200 steps from the fresh bakery, also a small village shop. There is also an all-round shop 50m away and a bar/resto on the village square. The large supermarkets are just a 10-minute drive away. You can also use the tennis court in the village for free.
